has anyone tried to only have 1 stock bov plugged in?  i was messing around the other day and forgot to plug the back one in and it seemed to pull alittle stronger? i guess my question would be if 1 can handel the duty of the whole system?

I know a few members who have only done the front Bov without issues which will allow it to sound louder.
I would recommend IMO to have both done front & rear as designed. Z

Do you mean the air tubing or the harness plug?

AJP turbo

I would leave them both plugged in ...because of the throttle control  you can often have 25 psi in the charge pipes so there is a lot of air that needs to be bled off quickly if you step off the throttle and all that pressure goes back to the turbos and everyone knows these aren't the best or most reliable turbos already and have had problematic seals

Also there are functions in the tune that at certain times will use the bov's to open and dump boost

And when people convert to a single bov near the throttle body it's much bigger so it can evacuate more air

harness plug for electrical. i understand that they open on one command  from ecu but i hear the blow off separately sometimes, which could be a different problem all together.  just a thought.  i do have the air side diconnected on the front and back is connected.  reasoning is that the back has longer piping and the front turbo  psi drop is less than back so my thinking is it will help even out a little and also i want to hear the bov...

brad that is why your wastegate mod worked well. but would it have worked better if the bov and wastegate mod both ran of vac lines.  and then tune out the bov boost relief while building boost.?  ya know trying to reinvent the wheel here!
