Since I lowered the car, I can no longer use the 245 45 18 tires on my winter set as it drops the car another 1/2 inch. I have 1 inch of clearance from the front fender during a full turn with my 275 40 19 summer wheels/tires. Question is can i run 235 60 18 which steals another .7 inches which would give me .3 inches from hitting the fender or go with 245 55 18 which is .5 inches of clearance?

Ive used Blizzack 225/60/R18s with 18" mustang rims on my 2010 SHO with the same shocks/struts and Eibach springs without any problems. Im not sure how much lower the H&Rs are compared to the old Eibach lowering springs though.

Here is a guide.  I used a similar one at the time I was sizing tires for winter. Basically a 255/45/20 summer wheel is only roughly 1/2" different in size than a 225/60/18 wheel, so minimal drama in difference.
