Not sure if this is the right place to post this? But I have some comments and questions...

I have given the LMS tune a fair shot at the 1/8 mile... I can get it to launch fairly well.. better track and air would help I'm sure... next couple track nights I am going to put AJPturbos tunes through their paces....

For those running tunes with some serious power, how are you launching these out of the hole? If I just dump it at 2200 or 2000 RPMs I get too much wheel spin... the new tires my help but curious if anyone is having to part throttle these off the line? I have a couple emails out to AJP with some ideas and waiting on a response...

I do know that AJPs tune nets consistently higher MPH ETs with worse 60ft numbers than LMS.. there is significantly more power there but I need to get it down...

Just a thought...I had him adjust my throttle to go WOT later.

I know it's a small change but I was thinking maybe it could help your wheelspin issue.

He already made the change. I wonder if I need him to adjust how fast the boost comes in... right now I have no throttle control which results in a pretty good boost spike in first gear... he has me commanding 205KPA for boost and more than 26 degrees of spark with no throttle control...

Actually I was referring to the pedal position it goes to the WOT table...

Correct... I segwayed on you. I asked him to make the pedal vs wot table change a while ago to help control it.... I am not a big fan of fly by wire lol...

At 4400 RPMs I am already boost spiking at 225kpa in first gear... that's where my issue is I believe... I blow the tires off...

I am asking if people are needing to feather the throttle off the line once they reach a certain point in their pursuit for power...

Most comments I see are "Brake boost a 2200 RPMs and mash the pedal down"...

I launch around 2k to 2200, depending on track prep and weather.  If I do any feathering is if its bad prep and don't want wheel hop, then I go full throttle about 20 to 30 ft out, then mash it.

Brad got me an updated tune that should help with the traction issues... planning on running his tune and getting the launch down this Thursday weather permitting.

I was always afraid to try to feather it, in fear of it shifting to 2nd early

Started at 28psi on all the corner.. and slowly worked my way down to 23 with the LMS tunes before it would hook up... launching around 2200rpms.. that 1.834(I think?) 60ft was the best hookup of the night.. the car jumped to the left a couple inches then hooked... if not for the jump/spin it would have been close to 1.7 60ft.. that was at 23psi..

Looks Like track prep is not so hot, Try 1800 to 2000,
with the Lowest Pressure you were at,
Progressive throttle....? Meaning Not to the floor until you are Out of the box

Yea... gonna try a few different approaches this week... but I'm dropping the LMS tune this week in favor of Brads... I'm positive there is more in the LMS tune but not sure how much..

Granted this track sucks... BUT... at least I have a baseline there...

I miss having a cable controlled throttle... on the street I didn't particularly mind it... at the track it's a different ball game... it's hard to feel :-/
