Yeah I am happy with it for a tune and drop in. I have about 17 revisions on the 93 tune due to chasing some problems. Now I feel like I need more parts...
Going to start focusing on my e30 tune now and get two tunes from AJP to compare and see how everything goes.
I have Brad's (AJP) tune now. Love it! Fixed my fuel pressure issues. I had Unleashed and on Torrie's old tune from 2 years ago I ran 12.9 @ 103 with 1.9 60" this past March. Wasnt terrible but wasnt happy with it and went to Torrie and changed me to his new tune which I have not run yet at the traack but felt much better than his old tune. Torrie's new tune however gave my fuel pressure issues and moved to AJP. From the datalogs I should be in the 12.7 range on Brad's tune.
I was comparing the datalogs between my old Unleashed tune that I went to the track with and Brad's and its a world of a difference.
AJP:
7.2 sec = 0-75mph
3.9 sec = 45-75mph
5.1 sec = 0-60mph (this is without a launch) Launching gets it around 4.5 secs.
Unleashed tune (old tune version used on track) 12.9 @ 103
9.0 sec = 0-75 mph
5.6 sec = 45-75mph
6.1 sec = 0-60mph (no launch)
This is from doing the math and calculating how long in seconds it took to do those pulls from the datalogs on LiveLink. Its not exact science, but it does illustrate a difference.
Datalogs were just a mash of the peddle with no launching involved, hence why the 0-60 times are slower than they would be had I done a launch. Above information is to show difference in tunes from the datalogs that were performed in the same location in the same way (WOT pulls).
