What is the sensor on the pipe with the noise maker (sho)

There is a sensor on the pipe with the attached noise maker, What sensor is that ? 

And will planting the meth nozzle/fogger 6" inches in front of it be a issue?

I assumed not since I saw others planting nozzles in the same place.. but though to ask.
2010 non-pp, 98k miles, 3-bar,  .026 plugs, SNOW-KIT STG1, AJPTurbu tune#35, 15.5+psi

Throttle inlet pressure sensor... it's one sensors that manages boost...

If you are datalogging, it's the TIP sensor.

Nothing to worry about with your nozzle...
