I definitely apologize that you got some bad intel on the tunes, and an extended lead time. We always strive to hit the 48 hour mark, but definitely the roads less traveled for modifications can extend those lead times a little bit. There is a tune waiting on the server for you to get uploaded to the device whenever you are ready. I will definitely relay that we need to be more clear on this up front when we know it's going to be a little longer. We appreciate your patience on this.
