Not saying it is one, but a rod knock would not necessarily cause a code.  A motor can run within timing, fueling, a/f ratio, etc spec and have a problem in the bottom end.

Hard to tell in a video, but it sounds like a top end noise more to me.  But, that could just be in the video.  Maybe see what it sounds like under the car.

Sounds like rod knock to me.  Not good, but at least you're still under warranty.  If it's not already, make sure that car is completely back to stock.

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

Yea no, mine sounds nothing like that. I took it in to the dealer Thursday morning and one of the techs went for a ride with me and I pointed out the noise. He called it "engine rollover noise" which I've never heard of before but he says it's common on all overhead cam engines, also said it's particularly bad on 4cyl engines but said it's nothing to worry about at all. That noise you've got there however sounds worrisome.
