Power Tilt Steering Wheel Weirdness

So, I thought I saw this discussed somewhere else, but have had no luck finding it.

On my 2015 SHO, I can obviously program the seat and steering position with either the #1 or #2 button on the seat.  When I turn off the ignition, the seat moves back and the wheel up/in to allow maximum room to get into and out of the car.

Here's the rub.  When I start the car again, the seat always returns to the set position, but the wheel intermittently does not.  If I hit the #1 button (or #2 is applicable) manually, the wheel will then return to the proper set position.  But it is almost like the car sometimes forgets to do it on its own.  It really is a 50/50 deal -- sometimes it does it, sometimes not.

Is this user error or a weird glitch?  Only mod is the Livernois tune . . .
