OP...what state are you in, according to torque, here in nj where temps hit 100 in summer, my temp rarely go above 195. Fans only go on full blast when idling or AC is on. On my gauge it hardly ever go past halfway, rarely even moves.....(Stock thermostat) .
In sunny southern california. Temps can get as high as 105 depending where. But going by my iDatalink, engine temp will swing from 180 to 200 depending on load on engine. Cruising at highway speeds it usually around 190
