I finally purchased some new wheels and tires for my SHO. I ended up choosing a set of Rovos Durban Gunmetal 20x8.5 for the front with a 35mm offset and a 20x10 for the rear with a 38mm offset. For tires I went with Continental DW 245-45-20 for the front and 275-40-20 in the rear. I wanted to go with strictly a summer tire since I don't drive the car in the winter. Now my issue is I don't wanna remove the tpms's from the factory wheels. So I wanna order new ones but Ford wants almost $300 for all 4. I don't wanna spend that much so I went on Rock Auto and they're $200. When I called Ford the parts manager gave me (2) part numbers Motorcraft TPMS 12 and Ford 9L3Z 1A189A. He said they're the same part although they have different numbers. Now on amazon and ebay the Motorcraft TPMS 12 are much cheaper but have a number of Motorcraft TPMS 12 DE8T-1A180-AA. Does anyone know if these are compatible? Thanks for looking...
