I've had a strange roughness with my brakes after a cold start for a while.  Trying to narrow down the problem, I've come to the conclusion that the master cylinder may be going bad.  Anybody have the part number or know of an upgraded master cylinder (if such a thing exists) for a 2012 SHO?

I think a Brake System flush might be warranted especially if its original.
Any visible signs of any leaks around the master cylinder?
Brake reservoir full?
Any excessive hissing sould around the master cylinder?
I would not rule out being the brake booster!!!.  Link below.  Z

Agreed.  Assuming there's no leaks, I'd do a full flush before replacing the master cylinder.  I'd also swap in new bleeder valves as well.  See if that helps first.

Had a pro do the flush and look around the cylinder and booster.  Said there weren't any leaks, all seals were normal size; no swelling, and the old fluid looked good.  The vibration is still there.  Again it's only there after the car sits for about 10-15 minutes and clears up at door lock speed. After it clears it's gone until the car is turned off and sitting for a bit.
Don't know what to do now.

Time to check the valves/hoses?  Thinking possibly a vacuum issue.

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

If there is a vacuum leak I'm sure it's small.  Is there a proven way to check this.  Some searching pointed to the hose coming off the vacuum booster and just replacing it but that's really it.  Thx for the help
