Any sponsors sell a OEM PP transmission cooler kit?

Looking to install the OEM PP transmission cooler on my 2013.
2013 Tuxedo Black Non PP SHO
AirAid, LMS Tuned, Plugs and T-Stat.
2002  MMM Z28
F1 Procharged 408ci

None that I am aware of.  There are a couple of writeups in the HOWTO section for trans cooler stuff, albeit primarily for 2010-12.  You could try simply replacing the thermostatic valve for some improvement right off like Colorado-SHOBro did.

Do you intend to track the car, or does your car sit in traffic all the time, or ...?

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

i got the pp trans cooler(just the front heat exchanger,not the lines cuz i won't use them being i have ACC) from car-parts.com for $50 shipped. mine came off a PI sedan
