I picked up my 2014 SHO a week ago. Sterling gray with 33k, PP and all the goodies except park assist. I got a Ford ESP until 12/21 or 108k.

In the last week I have added the LED DRL's, puddle and plate lights, hard wired in my radar, put in weathertech mats, debadged trunk lid, tinted plate cover, tinted windows and tinted tails. As soon as I can get a warmer day I'll tint the headlights out. LMS has my tuner to. I've it to the new car and then she will have a 93 octane 3 bar tune, new plugs and tstat. Once the snow is gone for good I'll have the front plate holder taken off and the cover repaired and repainted. Then I want to wrap all the chrome with either black or carbon fiber vinyl.

It has pretty new all season tires on it but they suck in the snow. The brand is Velozza. I ordered some 18" rims with Michelin X Ice tires today. Once they come in this thing should be a monster in the snow.

It's been a busy week making it mine. It's actually in the shop now because the washer prayers don't work. I should have it back tomorrow though.

The kid that bought my 2011 got plates on it and then did hit a deer that same night. He sent me some pics.

He said he should have it back next week and she will be as good as new.

I'm interested to see how the vinyl wrapped chrome works out. I plasti-dipped mine, and while it is holding up pretty well, I couldn't get the shine I wanted out of it. I may just have to get it all mainted to match in tuxedo black at some point.

I don't want to mess with plasti dip so I figure I'll bite the bullet and pay to have it wrapped. I haven't even went in to talk to them about it to see what options they have and what the price would be.

Wow your new SHO is coming along great!  The new tires will look and "feel" good :thumb:  So sorry to see what happened with your 2010, I hope the new owner can get it fixed and back to "new" without too much hassle.

He said he'll have it back on Wednesday. He had to ask where I got the hood stripes and 13+ side vents so they could order new ones.

A few more mods. Now time for a little break to replenish funds. Got my LMS tune and 3bar installed, tinted headlights, winter rims and tires and took off the front plate bracket and used plugs for the holes.

Never fails.  Clean cars attract bird poop and unhappy snowmen :(

Overall thoughts on the tune so far?  Why did you decide to go with the 3bar?

The stock 2 bar reads 1 bar of vacuum, and one bar of boost essentially. Meaning you can read approximately -14.7 PSI to 14.7PSI of manifold pressure. On the stock tune, in certain cases, boost can spike to above that range (~15 PSI on shifts). once tuned, you will most likely be wanting more boost, and thus the 3 bar allows for the ECM to interpret boost levels properly. Rather than only being able to read ~14.7 PSI, the ECM can read up to ~29.4 PSI (well above what anyone has seen to date). That way you can run a tune that commands boost close to or above 15 PSI (My 93 octane tune commands 14.5 PSI and had spikes to ~18psi; My current E20 tune commands 16 PSI, and is virtually spike free due to the wastegate boost regulator (a more involved mod))

Hope that helps.

I love the tune. I had a 2011 with the same mods and upgraded to a newer SHO. we have the same mods on our 2015 X Sport as well. I ran my LMS tune from the first week I had the car through the 3+ years I owned it.
