Hey everyone. Just recently traded in our 2011 Jeep Liberty for a 2014 Explorer Sport! Was sad to see the Jeep go for sentimental reasons like bringing home our first born in but we're definitely happy with the switch. Hoping to find a lot of useful info in the forum as I'm new to Fords. My other vehicles are a 1998 S10 (that my dad bought brand new when I was a kid and then gave to me after graduating from high school) and a 2015 Subaru STi.

Congrats on getting rid of that mopar...those cars are good for about 2-3 years then the chrysler starts to bleed out of them and they wind up being sold at fly by night car dealers for pennies on the dollar to poor souls who think they got a good deal on a late model turd

Welcome to the community, oks10, congrats on the new ride!  Don't see any pics of your S10 though :)  Plan to keep the X stock (since you have an STi already)?
2007 Ford Edge SEL, Powerstop F/R Brake Kit, TXT LED 6000K Lo & Hi Beams, W16W LED Reverse Bulbs, 3BSpec 2.5w Map Lights, 5W Cree rear dome lights, 5W Cree cargo light, DTBL LED Taillights

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

Yep. Having to foot the bill for a shifter solenoid 2 months out of warranty sealed that... lol. We got a good few years out of it and got 10k from Carmax for it.

It just sits in my driveway... Been pretty neglected since getting my subaru and needs some mechanical work. The Explorer will stay stock (just like everything else has, lol) but mainly bc it's my wife's.

Btw, finding that picture took me nearly 10 minutes and highlighted just HOW neglected it is. Haha.
