I finally got a chance to install the new front Powergrid endlinks on my 2014 SHO. I had to chop one of the 14mm bushings in half so they'd sit flush within the strut flanges on both sides. I know of a few people here that used the same endlinks but never mentioned this, so I thought it was curious. The 14mm bushings work fine with the sway bars, they just need to be half as thin for the strut flanges.
I could use a torque wrench for all of the nuts except for the passenger side lower nut. The steering geometry must be different because the sway bar ends up very close (closer) to the lower control arm than on the driver side, preventing a torque wrench from going in. I ended up using a smaller Gearwrench thru-ratchet and a cheater pipe. Otherwise, I torqued those nuts to 70 ft-lb.
My endlinks weren't snapped or bent, its just that the passenger side links bind up very easily. I'll need to do more testing to see if the popping sound is still present on the right side when going over bumps at low speed.
