So, I did it. I finally convinced myself to sell my oxford ultra white 91 5.0 coupe and move onto something new. It was a tough decision for sure. After 12 years of owning it, it was finally running perfect with a modded engine (heads, cam, intake, injectors etc. etc.). A summer daily driver that could run low 13s all day long on street tires. Being an entrepreneur, I've always been keen on taking chances and this was a chance for me. A chance that scared me, but in a good way. I've always thought it's never a good idea to get 'too' comfortable in life. I felt that the whitehorse was starting to give off that vibe, holding me back, while another part of me was saying move forward - there's so much more out there. Like so much more, right??!! So after living this many years with the whitehorse and a winter beater plus another family vehicle, I decided to trim off of some inventory and let both go and get something that was an all year round fun vehicle. I came to find a '15 Explorer (white - of course!!) that has almost as much power as the whitehorse and could actually accommodate the whole family without somebody getting left out.
I'm pretty excited about this forced induction stuff. Ford has handed the aftermarket world a big bag of aces. Can't wait to tinker.
So with that said... looking for first mod ideas. What did you guys do? What did you like and what didn't you like and wish you had of done?
Thanks!
