Any Snow part or kit purchased below MRP will void the warranty. MRP is the price they sell the same product for on their website. I purchased from an approved dealer but for less than MRP and they voided my warranty when I tried to get the pump replaced a month after purchase. These guys are con artists, when I called the CO springs BBB they knew right away without looking that they were an F rated company. The BBB suggested I contact the states attorney. If they are not already, they will be under investigation by the CO states attorney.

Well that is why all of the current production systems I sell follow their MAP pricing. So that would have been a non issue. The 2 kits above are the prior generation systems that I still have access to brand new in the box. I have never had problems with any of the systems I used to warrant use of their customer service department. If anyone bought something from us and needed assistance I try to do what I can to get that resolved. And its rare.

Apologies, I'm not trying to run people off from your sale. When I called to follow up I asked what MRP was and they told me the price on their website. THmotorsports also stepped up and offered to take care of it as I am sure Unleashed would. Its just been a large topic of discussion on the board lately, there are at least two others with the exact same issue and to my knowledge we all bought from different vendors. Those are great prices and with Unleashed backing them up I am sure no one purchasing from you would have an issue.
