Maybe they need to revise fluid flow within the converter?  Did they give you the old one back?

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

Saw it, but didn't take it.  I figured they'd get some core refund for returning it, so i didn't care.

This seems to be a chronic problem on boosted engines - when I owned my BMW twin-turbo 335 the forums were riddled with this issue. The general rule was to try the following in this order - 1) higher quality fuel, 2) new plugs, 3) new coils, 4) new injectors (cheapest to most expensive). See my post on "Shutter during acceleration" thread - similar issues with my buddy's Dodge were resolved just by switching to better gas (which is the same ting BMW dealer suggested when I started seeing them on my 335). It ended up being the spark plugs on my 335 - as they get older and start seeing wear then the gap opens up and makes them temperamental during cold start-up.

I would NOT say its a chronic problem on boosted engines...thats why the internet is crap...way too many people that dont know what they are talking about....for starters i dont even want to hear about problems with dodge vehicles they are garbage throw away cars

I will say that my comments come from my personal experiences, having owned many twin-turbo vehicles, and the suggested fixes from many more knowledgeable people than myself on the various forums. Your narrow-minded comments indicate you are not one of the those people. One of the purposes of these forums is to get feedback from other members that may have had the same situation, not lace the threads with idiotic Ford>Dodge>Chevy rants.

I dont care to get into vehicle brands and whats better but dodge has been on the bottom of quality reports for years...its just a matter of fact...but anyway i own 3 heavily modified turbo cars at this very moment ....but you may better served to take what i say with a grain of salt
