I'm looking at some used F-150's. 2013 and 2014 crew cab FX4s to be exact. Ecoboost of course. Some of the ones I've looked at were originally titled in Canada. I've seen one with the speedo in kph, but most are in mph. My question: are there any differences in Canadian bought f150's from the American versions? Or do they all come out of the same assembly plant with the modified speedo as the only change? I'm finding some good deals on low mileage ones from Canada. Thanks.
