RockAuto has a lot of options on new front sensors... any recommendations?

Motorcraft
Bosch
AC Delco
Denso
NTK
2013 Ecoboost Ford Flex
AJP Tune (ATP+2) in progress , Livernois HPFP, 3 Bar MAP, UPR Catch Can, 100% Methanol w/ braided steel lines, 3" Downpipes -->2.5" X-pipe --> 2.5" Magnaflow exhaust, 2.5" air inlets to each turbo with cone filter, Custom water to air intercooler with chiller
275/40-20 Front 315/35-20 Rear Tires

Motorcraft...the voltage the sensor kicks back to the ecu could be different..some sensors might be 0-5v and some may be .5-4.5v.

They may all be similar but a lot of calculations are based from the promary 02's

NTK/NGK are the same 02 sensors as the Motorcraft,just rebranded IMO.  Z

Is there a cross reference sheet from Motorcraft to NTK/NGK?

What the the recommended replacement interval on the upstream wide band sensors?

I run a lot of 80/20 meth... I am curious if this degrades their life.
