My name is Jason. I am from Wisconsin. I bought my 2015 SHO last year in January. Short story-End of football season last year, people over for a Packer party. During halftime someone mentioned his girlfriend drives a 2014 SHO, its out front. Red is my favorite color and it looked awesome. Decided then I was getting one (alcohol had nothing to do with it). The following Monday I found one in Illinios. Bought it on Saturday. Turns out the car they advertised was tuxedo black metallic and not red like the picture. Whatever, I never let it get dirty. It has been sitting in my garage the whole winter. Can't wait to drive it this year after all the mods I put on. I am very happy every time I get behind the wheel of this EcoBeast.
K&N cai, H&R springs, 160 thermostat, 3 bar map. LMS catted turbo down pipes, stainlessworks cat back, LMS V10 tune. Power Stop F/R Slotted rotors. McNally catch can.

I hear the word on the street is that the black is the color to go with, fastest btw. Congrats and welcome.

This is my first black vehicle. I have given out the paint code to people that want the color twice now.
K&N cai, H&R springs, 160 thermostat, 3 bar map. LMS catted turbo down pipes, stainlessworks cat back, LMS V10 tune. Power Stop F/R Slotted rotors. McNally catch can.

I like the mesh grill you have on it, looks very nice blends with the car much better than the chrome piece, which i see is gone for good.

Does it look meshis? It is not mesh. Billet aluminum. The pic is not great.

Sometimes I miss my black one.....

Normally, I'm not a billet grill guy but that looks really sharp with the rest of the black and chrome.

If that fire bronze car was sitting next to a black car on the lot. I would have jumped in the fire bronze car. Best color Ford has produced I think. I just wanted a SHO and I can't wait for anything. Gotta have it now.

Yah. Home theater. Car came after. Speakers I hand built. Almost embarrassing to say the garage has 17,000watts. I'm not a kid anymore.

Welcome, Jason, glad to have you & your SHO here!  Looks like a keeper :thumb:  Is this your first Ford?
2007 Ford Edge SEL, Powerstop F/R Brake Kit, TXT LED 6000K Lo & Hi Beams, W16W LED Reverse Bulbs, 3BSpec 2.5w Map Lights, 5W Cree rear dome lights, 5W Cree cargo light, DTBL LED Taillights

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

The BFM was a pretty big change from the colors I'd normally buy. Dealers all around me were being D-bags about dealer trades so it was between that and Tux which I didn't want to repeat. Not that I didn't like it, it just seemed silly to buy same car, same color. I'm glad I gambled, I love the color now. Still, there's just something about a clean shiny black SHO that grabs my eye and that grille really sets it off. Hope to see some more pics.
