New Springs and Shocks

When do you guys plan on replacing yours? I am running H&R's right now and sitting at about 57k miles.

I just put new brakes on car as mine were done (lot of driving in PA and 36k miles in 1 year took a toll on them).

I'd like to keep on top of parts as I need to hold on to SHO for a little longer.

Does anyone make an aftermarket strut/shock for our cars?  Better than OE of course?

Gen 4.1 yes...

Gen 4.2 has been vaporware so far.

There are plenty of aftermarket Shocks&struts available for the 10-12 SHO'S,but unfortunetly for the 13+SHO its limited to only Monroe,but personally would stick with the oem thats based on your VIN #for proper fitment,especially based on PP OR NON PP,just like the brakes.  Z        http://www.discountautoshocks.com/shop/?N=0&Ns=&VN=2013+Ford+Taurus+SHO+6%20Cyl%203.5L

Nope.  The mounting method changed significantly for the 4.2 gen.  Much  easier to R&R now.  Megan has not finalized the mounting hat, I believe, despite demand from the owners and available test vehicle.  So it is a big ? right now.
