Placing a full size spare with ford jack in PP SHO

I have been told that the Police interceptor has a different matt that could potentially cover a full size spare tire well (with tire) for us PP SHO owners that dont have a spare.

So I went to Ford and the parts guy seemed rather unsure if it was the correct cover and gave a price quote of 400 bucks, and 85 for the factory jack!!??

I know on Pontiac G8 Forums there is an actual kit for G8GXP guys who want a spare that has a rather factory looking kit, does anyone have any ideas or have came up with something a little more cost effective to get this matt and jack so we could take a long cruise and not be at the mercy of Ford roadside assistance?

Police floor will fit, it is a tight fit however.

Screw it on long trips I'll just throw the full size spare and jack in the car. 400 bucks is too much for a factory looking spare set up.
