Long story short, 3 tires have 47K almost 48K on them (had to replace one due to driver error).  Had planed on replacing them in the next month or so but today my TPMS light came on.  Took it to Sears (only place open on Sunday) and they said that they can't repair it (no idea why, small leak but is right where the tread becomes sidewall.)  Anyways going to goto discount tire in the morning and if they can't repair it going to have replace all 4.

I was leaning towards a set of Michelin A/S 3's but they are not in stock and I have to take a trip.  So... that leaves me with the following options:

Nitto Motivo
Yokohama YK580
Pirelli P Zero
Falken Pro G4 A/S
BFGoodrich g-Force COMP-2 A/S

I lean towards the P Zero but it has no warranty and I can't really place why I'm leaning towards them.

Before you blast into me, yes I've read the previous posts and still can't make up my stupid mind.  So for yucks and giggles give me your thoughts.  Also keep in mind that my downstairs AC died last week and I'm about to have to drop 11K replacing the 20+ year old system so changing my tires right now is just not the greatest.  (it's going to be 103+ all week)

Thanks,

So I guess Michelin Pilot Super Sports are out of the question? :D  How hard are you going to ride the tires?  If you will drive "conservatively" most of the time, any one of those should do fine.  Bridgestone tires are also pretty good if they are available to you.  If you intend on changing the tires again when you have more funds, you may want to get the cheapest of those listed.

Discount Tire has financing, 6 months to 1 year depending on the total cost.
2007 Ford Edge SEL, Powerstop F/R Brake Kit, TXT LED 6000K Lo & Hi Beams, W16W LED Reverse Bulbs, 3BSpec 2.5w Map Lights, 5W Cree rear dome lights, 5W Cree cargo light, DTBL LED Taillights

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

X2 AGREED,all the above are great tires but if your on a conservative budget and based from the list provided would go for the Nitto motivo, but they are an all season tire compared to the rest which are mostly summer tires,if you can wait a few days would definetly recommend these summer tires. Thanks guys. Sadly enough what is in stock online and what they have are two very different things. So for now staying bone stock and going with Primacy MXM4's.
Oh well at the amount I drive I won't have them for much over a year.

Didn't finance them but thanks for the guidance. Great group!

Thanks again

With the ice storms that DFW has you'll be better off with those AS tires if you're only gonna have the one set. I went to school in Ft. Worth and actually bought a jeep just for that reason.

That was quick. Where do you take them for mounting?

I hate making purchases under a time crunch. This was just one of those time. Wife's car went into the shop and she is going to use mine while I'm at a conference in Vegas. So leaving the pregnant wife with the 19mth old and a car with a bad tire (actually the other 3 were down to 4mm) was not in anybody's best interest. 😜

I hear ya, sometimes you just have to make it right instead of getting what you want due to life events...ended up buying the RSA'S over winter because of time crunch myself.

Got the Hankook Ventus V12 Evo 2's from Tire rack. Took them to Rey's tire, after the guy I scheduled with forgot I was coming and couldn't squeeze me in, then to Belle Tire I just passed but left there in disgust with the morons at the desk not understanding my OCD. Then I searched online and called local independent shop who said come on by we do show cars all the time...show up and they break the new tire machine on car before me...yeah, what a day that was. It was all divine intervention, as Rey's is the best place around I feel...won't take my car anywhere else from now on.
