Has anyone created a intake manifold phenolic spacer for the Ecoboost engine?

I ran one on my 1992 Mustang and it really helped keep the upper manifold cool.
2013 Ecoboost Ford Flex
AJP Tune (ATP+2) in progress , Livernois HPFP, 3 Bar MAP, UPR Catch Can, 100% Methanol w/ braided steel lines, 3" Downpipes -->2.5" X-pipe --> 2.5" Magnaflow exhaust, 2.5" air inlets to each turbo with cone filter, Custom water to air intercooler with chiller
275/40-20 Front 315/35-20 Rear Tires
---12.419ET/112.43MPH @ 5150 lbs in the 1/4---

Isn't the intake manifold plastic on the EBs?  I know the phenolic spacers helped on the Gen I & II SHOs also (aluminum manifolds).

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

TB and manifold are aluminum... if it helped it might require new IC to TB tubing. Not sure if fueling would be affected.

Z... look at the inside of the accordion on the OEM intake. (where the filter box joins the tubing)... Ford already put this in there on my SHO ('13) for the intake... has anyone tested this  at the TB on the 3.5EB?

Phenolic spacers will help reduce heatsoak, question is how much thickness provides best ROI.  And then, as mentioned effects on the piping/attaching componentry.

If anyone has the gasket between the upper and lower manifolds I will digitize it, make sample CAD files, and 3D print a few different samples.

I believe you would have to create the "surround" to go with it because each port has its' own standalone gasket.  So you'd need the manifold at a minimum to digitize for the spacer, as I have no idea if the surface is flat or not.

It looks like it is made for the 4 cylinder Ecoboost... with ports.

Unfortunately it isn't made out of phenolic material.

Does anyone have a 3.5L Ecoboost upper and/or lower manifold I can borrow to scan and create the phenolic spacer?

I would give them a free spacer when finished.
