Should I buy this used MKS ecoboost?

Ive been looking for used sho's and mks ecoboost cars to buy and i found this mks for 19,999. it has 38,000 miles and looked to be in good shape except lots of curb rash on the rims and a slightly bent front bumper corner (only noticable from the side and close up). Runs fine from my test drive. However there has been an incident with the vehicle. 3 months after the person leased it in 2011 he had a "collision with a rear bumper of another vehicle). The car fax shows he drove it for 10 months before getting it checked out. Also the carfax never shows when the lease ended. It just says it went in for a ford recall then got sold at auction. It leaves me very confused and i was hoping for expert advice on the subject. (Did the guy die of old age?)

Also i was wondering since its got pretty worn tires if i could try and get it down to $15000. Everything else inside the car tested good and the engine looked and sounded great. I attached the carfax i got minus the first to dates which was the car being made and the car going to the dealership.

20K is a pretty good price for an EB MKS.  Build cost of wheels & tires into your offer price.

Bent frame/suspension/alignment should be checked for pre-purchase.  If they don't allow verification by an independent mechanic/body shop, lower the offer price.  Hopefully it's just a fascia issue.

It's a NY car, so it's likely seen a few tough winters.  Inspect for rust/water leaks.  Is the paint in good condition or is it all swirled up?  The trans/PTU/RDU fluids are probably original to the car, take a close look as you have no idea of the prev owner's driving style.  Not a lot of miles on it, possibly quite a bit of city/local driving.

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

They are allowing me to take it somewhere for the day if i wanted to get it checked out by a mech. The paint is a solid 8.75/10. Just the rims and tires are really beat up. Since the carfax doesnt show it getting fixed right away does that mean there was hardly any damage done? Also why wouldn't it show the dealership getting the car back from the lease?

I would be a little concerned about the "structural damage."  Why all a the curb rash...Did the previous owner take no pride in the car?  Also the front damage indicates someone a bit careless.  Again, having damage but not getting it fixed for some time tells me the previous owner didn't really give a rat's @ss about the car.  Personally, I would be much too fussy for this one.  However, it might turn out to be a great buy and just needs a little TLC.

reported structural damage from a seller is definitely not good.

no seller wants to report that because it costs them money. id sure be hesitant.
