My 60s have been over 1.9 so I know I have lost some time there.   Unfortunately, I can't seem to be at the track when the weather is cooperative and DA is low either.  Here is a tip that I have never used but would likely help a ton:

e) Spool turbos before green light... Once stage, ideally start brake/boosting keeping engine running at around 2000rpm for at least 3-5 seconds.

As you play around with tire pressures and brake launch rpm, you may find a combo that works better for your particular setup.  Rich has done a lot of experimentation, so I hope he chimes in here
