Be prepared for a power loss when you hit that 90 - 91 octane. Texas has weird octane.

Yeah, I'm not looking forward to that.

I am thinking about switching to 91 turn when I leave just in case I run into stations on the trip that doesn't carry 93.

Recently did a Ohio to AZ trip - You are fine until after Missouri. Oklahoma is where the madness begins.

Thanks for the heads up!

I'll keep that in mind.

How was your MPG? I ran numbers and I'm expecting about a $600 round trip fuel bill based on average prices and moderate MPG. I don't expect much over 20mpg during the trip.

No tune mind you - 26 MPG until Missouri... 24 in Missouri (too damn hilly)
22.5 overall from Ohio to Southern AZ, Missouri and New Mexico destroyed the mpg.

Sorry, pictures, or it didn't happen. ;)

I didn't have my phone on me; I was lugging car parts into the apartment.

She was pretty hot, but clearly a tramp! It was odd seeing her here because most of the folks that live here are not that kind.
