2016+ are closer to 300hp to the tire stock.

I have been trying to troubleshoot this A/C ISSUE for the past few days but to no avail! The A/C started to work after having the System Evacuated and Recharged but unfortunately lasted for a couple of days.
Installed new Relays and Fuses inside the (BJB) as per being OCD .

I think with the A/C Fully Charged the inside Vent should be between 35-45 degrees,but during sustained Drive it should be closer to 36-37 degrees!

I know ultimately its a sliding Scale relative to Humidity and on average the Evaporator runs close to 32,out the Center Vent and can go Up to 45 deg IIRC correctly!

I did find 1 middle Vent and 1 side vent on Dash closed Today to my surprise and while Fully opening them up,the A/C seems to be functioning properly after a quick Drive on the Highway with Temps in the middle 70's. Fingers crossed and will keep you updated on any ongoing progress. Z

Good luck!  Closed vents should not affect performance unless charge is low.  Check with black light for leaks.

I read in a topic on the SHOForum that when upgrading HPFP model year 2010-12 also must upgrade injectors opposed to 2013+ don't need to upgrade injectors.  True?  I'm considering HPFP and ran into this topic.  In which case my goal would be derailed, and first step would be injectors?

Injectors are a final step.  Having an upgraded HPFP is more important.  Not sure who aside from bpd has the DW upgrades planned/installed.  Bpd always plans headroom into his projects, so upgraded injectors are a natural result.  Fuel pumps though are the bigger piece of the puzzle, especially with higher E blends, as the energy density drops significantly, and only volume can compensate.

Ok cool!  It read on the other forum or atleast I interpreted it as injectors were a requirement per 2010-12.  Thank you for the clarification Sir!

IIRC, the HPFP maxes out around 2500 psi for gen 4, 3000 for gen 5.  Injectors have never really been an issue re flow rates.  But if you are pushing the envelope, can't hurt to upgrade. 

FoMoCoSHO has pushed hard with Eblends for some time now, both gen 4 and 5, and has yet to upgrade the fuel system at all.  More details, he will have to provide.

How good your tuner is ... That seems to be the limiting factor really.

I agree with this. Your tuner / AJP will max out what you have and keep the OEM Fuel pump pressure within its limits.

I have awesome 93, E30, and E85 tunes from him. I am sure the car can do more with more rail pressure but those new fuel pumps are out of my price range atm.
