What could be the reason for my fuel system to be far more deficient then most?

Well i got an appointment for Monday to get the car looked at I am just worried it wont show anything since its stock again. I will update you guys and will try to get that stock datalog up this weekend. I actually will be dropping it off at the ford dealer this time since they will not charge me for check up. Also i was dumb enough to post a pic of my vin in here instead of just doing the pm and now am worried some ford rep saw it and marked my car as modified in their system.
Hopefully they will find the issue and then you won't be charged for diagnostics. It looks as if you pulled your vin down so if you still want me to look, let me know. I'm curious about backwards compatibility anyway for those folks who may run into issues out of warranty. If you're going to replace, might as well upgrade if there is an option.
Yes can you please take a look i will PM you my vin number in few min. Thanks!

Well I just picked my car up. They couldnt find anything wrong with my car and told me to bring if things get worse. According to them there was no fuel system issue and pressure was fine. I am noy sure what else I can do I guess I will tune it again and try some fuel cleaner in the system.

I'd say to see if it's an issue with the higher demand for fuel. If present with stock tune then I'd consider it something that's on its way out. With this type of issue I'd be logging as much as possible to watch it. I'm not qualified to dig through those data points like the gurus around here, but I sure do like reading what they find. Very informative for us learning.

I'd run stock for a while.  I have a very hard time believing that the tune was the issue.

BG or Techron would be the top 2 recommendations on my list.  As always, note they will not clean the backside of the intake valves, but everything in the injectors & combustion chamber will get cleaned out.

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

To be clear, I'm not suggesting it's the "tune"...more along the lines of, this car doesn't like the fuel parameters of said higher powered tunes. Something that needs to be addressed before moving forward as his tune was dialed back to meet the cars current situation.

Yeah i didnt think the tuner(torrie) did anything wrong it would be the same with any company. I should have known something was wrong when he had to dial back the base tune, i just wasent sure what was going on and liked the way my car felt. I think I will run the fuel cleaner through it few timea and then send him a log of the last tune he sent me to see if there is a difference. The car feels much smoother with the tune so i will probably just drive with it but not really beat on it much. I dont even know where else to go with this and will just wait for something to happen. Its too cold and I am too busy to run a stock datalog at this time.

My only other choice is to pay $250 to the lincoln dealer to see if they can find anything. I know they did a good job of figuring out my injector problem before when this ford dealer could not. So i might just have to do that.

That'd be suspect #1, especially with the previous issue. Or could've that previous issue with injector have caused the fuel system any damage/extra wear?

Could be. I am waiting for fomoco to let me know if my car can upgrade to 13+ fuel pump and might just do that. I have a feeling that would fix an issue since this pump cant keep the pressure up. Only explenation in my mind is the pump or its cloghed up which the cleaner should hopefully help.
