Has anyone moved forward with this? (I know great first post but I have cash at the moment and it's either doing this or downpipes/exhaust)

If you want to make power go with the down pipes.

I assume this didn't pan out. Zero2Sixty seems to have kinda dissipated. Would have liked to know their pricing, etc. as I have a few custom touches that I would want included.

this thread always comes up if you search aftermarket intercoolers, once you filter out all the pages for f150/focus/fiesta/mustang.. intercoolers for us are not really a thing it would seem.

Yeah in the transverse 3.5 ford did a criminal act af placing the intercooler between the condenser and radiator...in everything else its up front....i finally did some stock pulls and logs in the new truck and iat never went more than 10 degrees over ambiant

The F150 system sure is nice, my dad has an 11, 3.5 and it does not show more than 15 degree increase in florida heat, even when towing. Plus the F150 guys (atleast the 3.5 Crowd) also have upgraded intercooler options on the aftermarket.
