Android Nougat 7.0 and Sync Messages

Updated my phone to Nougat (7.0) and now Sync states that messaging is unsupported with my device. I've unpaired/paired the phone and checked Bluetooth settings. Anyone else in the same boat?

I have an HTC 10 that has had Nougat for a few months now and no such problems

I see some devices are already receiving maintenance releases (7.1). Can you confirm what version you are running?

Still 7.0 on mine. Won't see 7.1 on my device for a few months unless a miracle comes by.
