I will post a pic in a little bit but I have a question. I got 225/60/r18 snow tires and I was wondering how to figure out what pressure to put them at. I don't think it should be the same as my 20s should it?

I'd stick with OEM recommendation to start, as long as tire load range and overall height remain the same.  32 psi 2010-2012, 35 psi 2013+ I believe.

Best thing is to call tire mfr to figure out correct psi for your load range.  For example:

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

I run 38-40 PSI on my winter setup.  Higher the better, helps with handling on those soft sidewalls.

The whole thing about 18s is there is more sidewall so I would think pressure should be higher.

Snow tires usually need 3-6 psi more than all season or summer tires,so if your owners manuel recommends 35psi,so 3-6 psi will do. http://www.tirerack.com/winter/tech/techpage.jsp?techid=168&currentpage=116 so basically around 40psi would be a good number.
