If there's a way to get into the pump internals than we could possibly create something similar to the item below.

I think that is our best bet, unless we somehow find a Bosch pump that is similar to ours yet outputs more PSI.

I believe that core problem has been the inability to take the stock pump apart and upgrade it. I am by no means a fuel pump engineer. I just know we need more GPH

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

What about anything external belt driven secondary fuel pump like the common rail diesel pickups use.  Hell if we could use there pump we would have more than enough pressure. Since them run at 20-29,000 psi

I don't know how easy or feasible that would be to implement.

It wouldnt be as easy on the transverse mounted motors, but would be possible for the pickups and mustang with more engine bay space.. The kits wouldnt be cheap though.. As you would have to get a new fuel rail, custom wire harness to split the signal to fuel pumps and possible a better in tank set up which has already been discussed.

I rebuilt the cam driven, HPFP on my Speed6 myself. Just a set of upgraded internals. Easy peasy. I'm no expert either, but it still seems possible with our pumps.
But that will only get one so far. It'll give some cushion at least, and widen the window for E blend tuning possibly.
Anybody really getting into big power would benefit most greatly from an auxiliary port injector.
