Hello all,

My name is Scott and I am from Alexandria, VA. My wife and I purchased a 2013 non-pp SHO here in northern va (NOVA). It is tuxedo black exterior, black leather interior and black painted aluminum 20" wheels with the all weather michelins.

I will try to get some pictures up and will also add my YouTube page to my profile.

Feel free to PM me anytime if you live in the NOVA area.

This site and the people on it are great, I have been lurking for a while and there is so much information on a fairly new platform.

2013 SHO non-pp. Powerstop Top Cop kit rotors and stock Akebono Ceramic Pads, 3bar map sensor, 93 octane 3bar AJPTurbo tuned, but not dialed in.
2002 Jeep Wrangler TJ (Jane) w/ 2.5" lift, Banks torque tubes, monster exhaust and intake.

Welcome to the forum, Scott, glad you & your wife & your '13 SHO made it official :)  Definitely quite a bit of info compiled here, thanks to the many contributions by our stalwart & intrepid membership.  What plans do you have for your SHO?  Looking forward to the pix and videos!
2007 Ford Edge SEL, Powerstop F/R Brake Kit, TXT LED 6000K Lo & Hi Beams, W16W LED Reverse Bulbs, 3BSpec 2.5w Map Lights, 5W Cree rear dome lights, 5W Cree cargo light, DTBL LED Taillights

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

Well once the warranty is done I think I will be able to convince the wife to let me do some minor mods. I was thinking fatted down pipes, thermostat, livernois tune, and map sensor.

Oh and just because I love the sound of turbos I think blow of valve to atmosphere and CAI might be in order before warranty goes out.
Good thing 93 octane is getting cheaper.

We also put 3M paint protection film on our car for full front clip and full hood, it is probably the best purchase we have made for the car.

Great idea on getting the 3m on ASAP. Really wish we would've too.

Maybe my woman can talk your woman into tuning early, she loves it too. ;)

Is yours a PP model? Also what springs did you use to lower it? Any other modifications?

Yes pp model..springs are HR. Only other mode which actually doesn't help the car is a KN intake.
