Exhaust Gasket

I need to replace my gaskets from my downpipe to mid pipe connection.

Do I need gaskets from PPE or Corsa?

I have a leak I can't get rid of. I want to try new gaskets.

I would go with the stock gasket myself from Ford.

You could also always make your own, go down to your local auto parts store and you can buy a single sheet of gasket material for petty cheap. Then just trace and cut, I've had to use this material to make a better fitting gasket or custom gaskets in the past.

I ended up doing mine twice cause of bad quality cats and from first vendor,then went with PPE catted DP'S from 4DRHTRD with new oem gaskets and could not be happier,so for a few bucks more for a PITA JOB get new ones and you dont have to worry down the road for any leaks.

Paper gaskets are not for exhaust. The OEM gasket is made of metal. Storm didn't you have a issue with this once before?

I did crash but I didn't have replacement gasket. We used metal and paper. It held for a bit because I was moving to Florida. I need to get it fixed permanently now. I'll get oem gaskets and replace it all.

Good luck on the install Storm,make sure to apply some antiseize liberally on those bolts,due to the high heat it makes it a pita to remove just the bolts.
