It use to be an intermittent  noise like the one I do in the video it's now a constant noise. But goes away after a few hundred feet. I brought it to a Ford dealer he said it's normal lol http://youtu.be/vjgtVRpCtjo

From the wheels or engine bay?

Only after sitting overnight?

Maybe sticky caliper, brake pad may be stuck after stopping and sitting for awhile. Maybe need to clean caliper mount where pads sit and grease em up good.

OEM brakes?  Very common, esp in humid/cold weather.

If the pads are oem they are known to create tons of brake dust, check also the rotors if they are really smooth cause sometimes depending driving conditions could have tiny piece of rock or salt stuck between the rotors and pads causing that squeak, take a hose and spray down the pads, also check to see if there is rust on the diameter, outside of the rotor, how many miles on the rotors?

Check for sticking rear calipers. Its a known issue for MY10-12.

I have 50k on them I believe. I got the rear ones resurfaced and new oem pads on it didn't change the sound at all. I'm guessing it's the front brakes. I do have some rust on the outside edges and the top maybe this is the problem? I reluctant to bring it to a Ford dealer again. I may just bring to trusted local mechanic that knows something more then what's in ford procedure manual.

They did mention a caliper issue but they said it was resolved they originally said the part needed to be replaced. On a side note they never say it's on warranty I always have to ask/tell it's so annoying.
I'm getting some snow tires with some steel rims at a Ford dealer I like but it's more out of the way then my closest one. Maybe I'll just get them to inspect it all again. BTW I totally believe in going to ford dealers in lower income neighborhoods I find they have better customer service and a more mechanic approach. Rather then my local big shiny ford dealership with Lincoln.

That's some horrible scoring on the right back rotor.  Gives a lot more weight to the sticking caliper diagnosis.
