Im on a ton of boards, just got linked to this one as well.

About me, I do car audio for a living, but honestly have to be in the right mood to try and trouble shoot or do stuff over the internet, but Ill try and help out as much as possible.

Im 33, former Marine, Married, no kids. Live near St Louis in Alton IL.

I have a 2011 Black on Black SHO Taurus. No PP, but have massaging seats, and Radar ACC all that stuff. It has the Livernois Stage 4 93octane tune. No Cats, airaid intake. Did Hertz HSK165XL comps up front, RE audio amp on those, 2 10inch Alpine Type Es in a sealed box off a kicker amp, setup for Sound Quality. And a bunch of other little stuff to the car. Next on the list is a GREAT set of brakes. Right now its just all OEM but with EBC red stuff pads up front. After thats done ill do a MyCal and Meth.

My main toy or money pit is my Turbo ZX14, yes im crazy. Just had the block honed, replated, and refreshed, JE internals, ARP bolts, all new gaskets and bearings. Garrett GT2871R Turbo, Tial accessories, full head work, port and polish and so on, and pretty much a never ending list. Im in the processes of finishing it, well the bike is done, I just got about 500 miles of break in on it, and yesterday I dropped it off at the shop to have all its final tuning done on, and ill pick it back up on my next day off (thursday). Its built to handle a lot more power than what ill be asking of it. I just wanted a crazy, pump gas, reliable street bike. So we will keep the boost low, and probably be around 275whp area. It used to be a nitrous bike, and the old setup did 180whp/105wtq NA, and 228whp/135wtq on a 50 shot of nitrous. So another 50 on top of that, is going to be a pretty crazy bike. Until this winter when im bored and want to throw more boost at it. lol

Thanks for joining, love the mods you're doing, I started my car addiction working on car stereo, even worked at the shop that built the gates bronco.

well, we got a lot closer on finishing the bike the yesterday. He did idle, then did some part throttle for a little bit just fine, but We only got 2 full WOT pulls before his computer shot craps. We were able to still use the wideband and work on the A/F ratio so im going to go back in a week or so, so we can get final numbers, and possibly raise the boost.

2nd WOT pull, still very rich, it did 277whp with 136wtq. He thinks it probably around 285-290 now that he worked on the tune a little more. And we might bump it up to 8lbs the next time im there to get it finished just to see what it does. lol
