Returning to stcok with 3barmap

Just a quick questions guys:
I need to return my car to stock. It has been tuned since I got it with the 3barmap. When returning it to stock, do I need to change the 3barmap for the 2barmap before I plug the device or after?
Also, I always forget: To access the tuning section on the Mycal device (for 2013 SHO), I need to press at the same time top and right button? or down and left? Never remember lol Thanks!

Change to 2bar, do not start, reprogram, worked for me.

No help on 2013+ tuning device.
