Anyone know where to get police interceptor rims?

I got them for $70 a pop shipped a couple months ago, price seems to have shot up so dealer might be the best option.

$205 ea, no cap, tpms, or lugs included. wow! AND, they aren't even new. they are reconditioned.

do I need new lugs if I use the interceptor full wheel cover instead of the dog dish cover?
