U will get used to sct..u are frustrated because u are out of ur element and going through the learning curve...sct may be guilty of not being user friendly to the novice user..I think the software is geared toward the professional...
The logging software and tuning software is a very powerful tool.
The ecoboost tuning is very complex add to that the car is a auto trans...a ton of parameters in the tune just for that..
I've used Cobb, uprev for Nissan,hondata for Honda, open source for subie....my problem with sct is there is too many things that u can adjust if u want
Sometimes u could modify a car so much outside of the normal things like exhaust and intake that a particular tuning software simply couldn't adjust for.....sct has enough adjustability that if u made a 3.5 ecoboost with a different crank and made a crazy stroker motors with race cams and stacks for intakes and deleted the turbo sct could tune the vehicle
I was really comfortable with my Honda software and used to wonder why sct was so difficult to work with them I realized how much more complete sct was
