I have a k & n cai that I did some back to back testing with. I picked up nothing at all. Then put my stock intake back on and ran the best two passes 12.71 & 12.70. Mph seemed better with the stock intake but that was later in the night and it might have just been getting cooler.Good confirmation SHOboat! This is exactly in line with the dyno testing we did on my '13 SHO where we found no difference with factory intake and filter vs no intake or filter. Several members have also reported going back to stock from AiRaid and K&N because of slower times with the aftermarket CAIs. Currently there is no evidence that CAI improves the performance of our 3.5EB engines. They do change the sound and underwood appearance for those seeking those mods.MDesigns (Spartn27) has a new concept involved in the one he is offering that no other product uses... Hopefully dyno/track will prove the idea.... IMHO It is also the best eye candy available in a CAI by a longshot.I also did some testing on Friday at the track . Ran two times with airaid cai 13.09 @ 102 1.9 60' . then ran stock air box with knn drop in 13.08 @102 1.87 60' . All runs were 30 minutes apart and stalled at 2k rpm. This was in humid 85 degree weather. Sent from my SM-N900T using Tapatalk
