I just got my used PPE non-catted downpipes in courtesy of Swamprat and have scheduled an install for this Thursday. Are there any small/random parts that I am going to have to get my hands on for the install?

I was going to have them installed Friday.  The Exhaust shop that I went to highly suggested getting new gaskets for the Downpipes.

I believe I was quoted about $10 apiece for both ends of each downpipe.  Im sure the stock gaskets would do just fine being reused, but for $40 is it really worth it?

I will be picking up the new gaskets today, as most dealerships in MN dont seem to stock them.

I re-used my stock gaskets without issue even with multiple installs but it never hurts.
One of the keys is to not tighten the turbo side of the bolts first, just get the nuts started then tighten the downpipe to mid-pipe bolts then the turbo side.
If you do turbo side first it will look like the downpipe to mid-pipe won't line up but it will. :)

Should I be able to reuse all of the bolt and nuts from the OEM system?

How long should it take to install?

How long should it take to install?

Depends, on a lift first time 2-3 hours, on your back full day.
After first time about 30 minutes. :)

Swamp rat is absolutely correct, give or take about 2hrs,fist time it took me about close to 3hrs due to SW pipes needed modification,PPE catted DP,the process was smoother than butter, perfect fit, like oem, used original gaskets and bolts and washers supplied by PPE,by the way took me about an hour and half the second time, put some antseize when install will help, also a fair $$ would be around 200.00,correct me if I am wrong
