Bad experience with power stop brakes

Well bought some power stop brakes from auto anything about a month ago and have to say they suck. I installed them and did the bedding process like it said . They are very noisy when  stopping and when braking when going over 70 mph get a lot of shaking . I called auto anything to complain and they sent me a replacement discs . I installed those as well did the bedding process and still very noisy . Anyone else experience issues with this ?

Some noise is part of drilled rotors.  What bed in process did you use.

I have drilled and slotted rotors from wilwood.
They are definitely noisy when medium to heavy braking from higher speeds like above 60mph.
It almost sounds like they should be shuttering the truck, but it's not.
Brakes work great, so a little noise is all part of it.

Slotted rotors can be noisy. It's a trade off, I know my EBC's took over 500 miles to break in. Also when installing new rotors a often missed step is to clean up the hubs rust and dirt on the hubs won't let the rotor sit flat on the hub and the rotor won't run true. And will result in vibration and shaking.

During normal breaking I don't get noise or vibration . Only during medium to heavy braking . Especially when heavy braking after letting go and doing regular breaking it becomes very noisy . Guess because discs heat up ?

I am SORRY to hear that!!!! I was the 1st member to go with the PowerStop and LOVE them. I have a PP car and the stock brake die at 25kmi. I now have 68kmi on my car and P-Stop started with 75mm pads at last wk oil change were 45mm still. I auto-cross/drag race my car and the stock brakes would make noise at the races (not on the street) with less than 1kmi. I still had the dealer tag on, the 1st time I went to the track. The P-Stop didn't start making noise only after 35kmi and only at the track. I am SORRY if I lead you to P-Stop if you are not happy, But I have people unhappy with ECB TO. Wilwood only problem is  that $1800 price. A little noise for $300 vs $1800 when I ride them HARD. I'm OK WITH THAT. It gave me a $1000 to put my METH KIT in with. But it is you choose. make you happy. MY FRIEND!!!!

My OEMS are noisy when they get really hot.

I've got some EBC rotors sitting on a shelf in the garage.  Warped out almost immediately.  Put another set of factory rotors on and have been fine.  Roughly 25-30K miles since swapping.  Original Ford set weren't warped but did make a grinding type noise when stopping from 100+.

My slotted dimpled rotors on my Spec.B would make an almost cricket swarm like sound under med to heavy braking. There is no escape from that. Mind you it wasn't so noticeable that it stood out when city driving windows up and music at a conversational level.

No shuddering though.

How effect were they at the stopping part?

I actually have exactly the same issue with my power stop rotors, the vibrations when stopping with anything but a light peddle from speed.  The clicking noises I can live with, but the vibrations are terrible.  I have had them for 5 months, going to try and call Auto Anything today and see if their is anything that can be done, not holding my breath though.

That's a better description for how mine behave. I think they create more friction as they heat up. No loss in pedal or braking power, just that grinding noise when I beat on them.
