Hey guys, just stumbled upon your site. I'm a member on another EB forum that has seemed to slow down since I was last on the scene.

I previously had a 2011 Taurus SHO (with Airaid Intake, LMS Tune and plastidipped grille) up until June of last year when I totalled it. I replaced it with a 2011 Lincoln MKS Ecoboost which just turned 30,000 miles. I havent done much with the Lincoln yet outside of tint and smoked tail lights, but thinking about jumping in again head first.

Anyways I'm excited to be a part of this forum, and looking forward to all discussions.

Welcome to the forum. Nice looking hot rod Lincoln. What happened to the sho. Got photos of the wrecked car?

Not a real good story. I was back home and showing the power off to a friend. I took a curve too fast on the interstate and hit a wall. Everyone was ok, car was not. All of the airbags went off and more or less lost a wheel.

Here, we frown upon stumbling, hesitation and misfires :D  Welcome to EBPF, glad to have you here.  Looks like the SHO did its' job :bow:

AFAIK, all the mods currently available for the SHO also work for the MKS.  Then there is the custom work like Joleat has done for his Ride of The Month entry

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!
