MyCal won't connect

Hi Folks -
Just starting out with this, so bear with my dumb questions, please?
Got a MyCal with LMS tunes 1- 4+. Connected and just ran the gauges & etc for a while. Today I went to download a tune, and says can't communicate? 2011 Taurus SHO, otherwise stock.
Can anyone help or make a suggestion?

Did you buy it new from LMS  or used with the tunes already loaded ?

1st answers the above question. if you bought new from LMS with the correct strategy code. Are you hold start button until gauges sweep across the dials? This how accessory mode is achieved with push button start. So you need to hold start button with foot off the brake for about 10 sec's.

Two things:

Was it ever able to communicate? (I guess you got the strategy code for them if you have the tunes)

and be aware that LMS got a few defective units from AIW.... call LMS or email Anthony at  Livernois Motorsports <info@livernoismotorsports.com> and get help directly from them while they are still open.
