So the new rich tune let the real problem come out of the woodwork. I'm still getting a misfire on #3, and the logs show that the bank 1 is not hitting AFR target. Also, since these run in CL at WOT I logged STFT's and it shows bank 1 at 15-19% added fuel correction. So I have one cylinder running lean and the other 2 running rich. Here is my plan to fix this:
1. Replace injector on #3
2. Seafoam the motor (through a vacuum port on the intake) and
change the oil right after.
3. Put seafoam in the gas for a follow up cleaning to the fuel system.
4. Repeat step 2 every 20K miles.
5. Put seafoam in the tank every 5K miles.
That should hopefully keep the motor clean.
