raspy exhaust tone

hey everyone was hoping someone would let me know if your familiar with the exhaust setups.  I installed cat less down pipes and left the stock exhaust back.
I have installed air raid cai as well.
I get this raspy noise almost like a civic with the rice can in the back (sorry if someone likes civics).
I attached a sound clip, you can hear it with the rev's.

I'm thinking exhaust is too empty with air flow, since when the boost comes in it clears.

I have catted dps with an x pipe to replace the 3rd muffler/cat with stock mufflers. If you can look at my posts, i attached a link you can listen.

Just listened to your exhaust, seems nice doesn't have that raspy sound like mine.  I guess it maybe the catless dp since they are hollow.
