Sd card for navi

Have 13 sho pp loaded except navi,can I purchase sd card at dealer,i know there is a slot there,I apologize if this topic was brought up before,just feels like the car is missing something.

Unfortunately... No    .....you can't.  The system is actually all present, but only the Ford assembly plants can flash the nav to "on" in the system. We already tried this with my wife's ride and did the research... The DS card just won't be recognized and the dealer can't change it. as the cards are married to the vehicles.

The good news is you can get the free sync Destinations app on your phone (or better, your tablet...bigger pic).  It will speak to you through the car's speakers using a paired phone. and get turn by turn instructions free ... it has a memory, so you can bookmark them. ...or just get a portable or aftermarket install GPS Nav
