Every tune has a differnt feel and adjustment,the key is to find the proper tune that works well in S mode,to get the full potential 0-60 times then put it in D AFTER THAT,thats how i achieve my best times.

Sport mode defiantly does more then that.  The shift patterns seem to change and the throttle is more sensitive.
Agreed. Sport mode winds out the gears further too
